This is a mix of videos and photos from our dive weekend at the Huntington Mine Pit near Crosby MN. The main part of the weekend was Rescue Diver Certification but at night and Sunday afternoon we did some conventional and non-conventional diving. Art Brought up his boat and we used it to pull a tow sled. We all took turns with our scuba gear on it. With a 100′ rope we reached down to 30 deep. There is a short video in here when Shooter jumped off the moving tow boat with his gear and filmed me “flying by” him at a speed of about 8 MPH. If scuba diving is like flying, the tow sled is like flying a jet! A person can really cover some ground with that thing. Now we need to get two of them down there at the same time and really have fun. I was smiling so much I thought I would lose my regulator. The big Northern Pike in the photos was around 15 pounds.
